#StayWoke ~ #KeepTheFaith ~ God Is About To Do Something Amazing! ~>

I waited patiently for the Lord; And He inclined to me, And heard my cry. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, Out of the miry clay, And set my feet upon a rock, And established my steps. He has put a new song in my mouth – Praise to our God; Many will see it and fear, And will trust in the Lord (Ps 40:1-3)~~ Friends and even family may forsake us. Enemies seem to prosper over us. Life might kick us in the “butt”! We may lose much for the Lord, but we shall not lose any thing by Him. Whether the Lord gives us health and temporal blessings or not, if we patiently suffer according to his will, in the end we shall be happy. This struggle is real but it’s only temporary. Every single day you get a new beginning, with new mercies and new blessings. You just have to trust in God and Persevere the process! No matter what it looks like, seek His direction. Let this be your strength: “So the LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning” (Job 42:12). Yes my friend It WILL get better! Your Faith WILL pay off! You have to just keep living; keep trusting God. Yes, this struggle is real – and often we ask How Long must it be this way.. as Habakkuk did (Hab 1:2-4). Now if you continue reading from that verse, God’s answer tells Habakkuk and us … Not Long!! —-> “Look among the nations and watch — Be utterly astounded! For I will work a work in your days which you would not believe, though it were told you (Hab 1:5).

The Day, Your Mercies, Your Opportunities- It’s All #BrandNew ~

..Seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of Him that created him (Col 3:9-10)~ God’s mercies were new to you this morning. As you step into His new creation, do it with a new attitude and a new outlook. You can’t go through today carrying yesterday’s baggage if you’re looking for a brighter today and tomorrow! Let that mess go! –For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day (2 Cor 4:16). And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new…(Rev 21:5); Today and every day you get a new chance for new life; to have new praises, enjoy new blessings. Be reNEWed! Take advantage of your new opportunities; find your new joy!

We Are In Hard Times, But Troubles Have #TermLimits ~

I know your works, tribulation, and poverty (but you are rich); and I know the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life (Rev 2:9-10)~~ We seem to constantly go through trials and tribulations – finding ourselves in limiting and confining situations – being persecuted and prosecuted for our convictions. There are challenges seen and unseen that are working against us; a disingenuousness that is on a mission to steal us from the Truth that holds us up, kill our relationship with the Lord and destroy any chance at salvation that we may have.

Times are really hard and seem to be getting harder. People are getting tired and discouraged and growing weary of the fight – even to do right because it seems like the world is just going its own way against God and winning on every front. But we should count it all joy – yes, it’s all good – because God knows what we’re dealing with …. He sees the darkness of the world around us. He is aware of the enemy that is in a constant mission to bring us down in the darkness of the world and God’s Word to us is to stay faithful! His dream for us is bigger than our discouragement (and His dream is His intent and will not be foiled). His assignment for us is bigger than the attack on us (and God won’t have us failing HIS assignment); His vision for us is bigger than the vindictiveness of those that work against us and His promise is indeed greater than the pain we’re dealing with so that our joy will certainly greater than their judgement! HIS will, no matter what, will be accomplished (Isa 55:11)!!! Knowing this, remember that in all the darkness, Jesus is the Light of the world! He is the source of our light and your salvation, and regardless of what’s out there, we should have no fear (Ps 27:1).

We are to let that light shine through us… before the darkness of the world, that God may expose the forces against us and in HIS victory, be glorified (Matt 5:16). We may be in hard times but in Him we are rich. We may be tired but waiting on Him renews our strength (Isa 40:31) Keep being you, doing what you’re supposed to do and in due time you will reap the benefit (Gal 6:9). Keep doing good in even the worst of situations that seem to try to undermine your destiny and know that all things work together for GOOD to those that love God and are called to His purpose (Rom 8:28). What we begin to understand is that no matter what happens in life – good, bad or ugly, God has a way of taking it and using it for our good (Gen 50:20). So in all of the things that go on around us, don’t worry – God knows! Stay faithful – keep smiling, keep your head up and keep praising God because what you’re dealing with won’t last – your trouble has term limits and it is absolutely temporary – know that it’s almost over! Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning (Ps 30:5)… and the SON is rising!

There Will Be a #Harvest For the World! ~>

…But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn (Matt 13:25-30)~~

How often do you catch yourself thinking, saying or even asking why can’t we; or better yet, why does God not just get rid of the evil things and people in the world? Why doesn’t He just put all that “over there somewhere”? Why do we have to deal with hard people, suffer through struggles and have troubles if we are believers of God? Why do WE as His “good children” have to co-exist with the obvious people that could care less about God and His salvation? Why must we live among the troublemakers? I know what Job 14:1 says but if Jesus fixed it, shouldn’t WE just have all greatness in life with no struggle?

Well, here’s food for thought: Though gross transgressions, and those such that openly oppose the gospel, ought to be separated from the society of the faithful, no human skill can make an exact separation. Who can REALLY tell other than God Himself? Those who oppose must not be cut off, but instructed, and this with meekness!! And even though good and bad are together in this world, and at the great day they shall be parted; then the righteous and the wicked shall be plainly known; here today sometimes it is hard to distinguish between them. We shortchange ourselves by only focusing on gratitude, thanksgiving, and appreciation when things are good, going our way or when we have what we want. We see that which appears good and praise God for it but it is that heart that we cannot see that truly identifies the true good. Don’t just be thankful for what is good, or what you like about your life. Be thankful for everything; good, bad and ugly. There is an abundance of benefit to thankfulness for the hard experiences in life. When you express gratitude in tough times, you force yourself to adopt a mind that is more like Christ and you are becoming more of what God desires for you. How differently would you approach life if you expressed more gratitude than frustration? Final thought, if there were no trials, transgressions and troublemakers around us, what would we have, as overcomers in Him, to shout our praise about?? In EVERY thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you (1 Ths 5:18). The weeds seem to be taking over, but the Harvest is on the way!

Focus on #Faith to the Finish! ~

Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth (Col 3:2); But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness (1 Tim 6:11)~ It ill becomes any person, but especially a person of God, to set their hearts upon the things of this world; people of God should be taken up with the things of God. There must be a conflict with corruption, and temptations, and the powers of darkness. Eternal life is the crown proposed for our encouragement and we are called to lay hold on that. As Heaven and Earth are contrary one to the other, both cannot be followed together; and affection to the one will weaken and remove affection to the other… after all, no man can serve two masters; he will love one and despise the other. And take caution to yourselves, watching out that at any time your hearts be over burdened with reckless living and drunkenness, worries and cares of this life, and so that day comes upon you suddenly. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man (Luke 21:34-36). Our danger is that the day of death and of judgment should come upon us when we are not prepared; that, when we are called to meet our Lord, that what will be the furthest from our thoughts, is that which ought to be nearest our hearts. This is unfortunately how it will come upon the most of men, who dwell upon the earth, and mind earthly things, and have no focus with heaven. There is so much going on around us right now and everywhere, people are constantly consumed with emotion and distracted by the happenings in the world. All of these things going on are distractions to take your mind off of the peace of God. Remember, the enemy comes to kill, steal and destroy. Jesus came that we may have life and have it more abundantly. Remember, He will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is stayed on Him! Don’t lose your focus on the Lord because He is the source of all peace and life and joy! Focus on Faith to the Finish!

Don’t Lose #Hope – Joy comes in the Morning.

And they remembered his words, And returned from the sepulchre, and told all these things unto the eleven, and to all the rest. It was Mary Magdalene, and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and other women that were with them, which told these things unto the apostles. And their words seemed to them as idle tales, and they believed them not (Luke 24:8-11)~~  Jesus’ followers were convinced that He was the coming King; the Messiah, who would rule the nations with a rod of iron. All His disciples were severely disappointed when the unthinkable happened: Jesus was crucified. The coming, conquering King had come and didn’t seem to have conquered. Maybe Jesus wasn’t the Messiah? If He wasn’t, then… now what? With Jesus dead, His followers were distraught. They were on their journey, talking about everything that had just happened, trying to sort through it all—still unaware that Jesus had been raised. Jesus met them on this road, but He kept them from recognizing Him (Luke 24:17). To them He was a stranger passing on the road. They told this ‘stranger’ that they thought Jesus was the one who was going to redeem Israel. They said that some of their friends were telling what they thought were fairytales about Him rising from the dead.

When we commit our faith to Christ and things in our life seemingly fall apart before our eyes and trials happen and the outcomes of things we believed Him for occur differently than we expected, it’s typical of us to waiver in our belief, become distraught and even start to believe the naysayers’ haunting quips about our so-called foolishness. We remember with specific detail those things we believed and we feel as if we are in a ‘limbo’ wondering what is to become of us next. The true test of our faith comes between that period of the apparent ‘death’ to the foundation of our faiths and the revelation of God’s blessing! It is now, more than ever that we must know the God of the faith we carry. Despair not believer… weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning!!!

Your Enemy May Be Your Footstool But Don’t Trample On Them! #VengeanceIsGods ~

Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good (Rom 12:17-21)~~

Don’t worry about how people treat you or respond to you…as long as you have the affirmation of God in your life, nothing else anyone else thinks or says matters…Nothing else can stop you, nothing can separate you from His care nor remove you from his hand! No weapon formed against you shall prosper! We must be careful how we respond to people, even those that hurt us. Even as your enemy is your footstool, you don’t need to trample on them! You might have within your desire, power and ability to retaliate, but your blessing will be tied to your willingness to forgive and to respond in kind. We must treat others, even those that hurt us, as we “want” others to treat us, not as they “have” treated us… and keep moving on.

You are not blessed until you are able to look at those who did you wrong, and declare in your spirit that to retaliate you become like them, you come down to where they are; but because God is in you, you’re forgiving them not for them, but for yourself. In relieving them of your wrath, you remove that detriment from yourself. And what they meant for evil against you, God will use for your good. If they hate you because of your promotion…imagine what they will think when you are the owner… if they dislike you for the good things in your life.. imagine how it will be when there are great things in your life! Regardless of why they might hate, don’t anchor your life and sanity down by carrying the burden of worrying about it. God is your great provider, carrier and protector. The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me? The Lord taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me (Ps 118:6-7).
